Mustafa Şıvgın has been working on the resolution of disputes in the field of private law since 2003 and has specialized in private law. The task of the chief arbitrator secretary in ICC arbitration proceedings. He has also been actively Mediating since 2016.

WORK EXPERIENCE

• He has researched on various subjects, mainly on Law of Obligations and Commercial Law, and has given legal opinions in these areas since 2003.
  

• He has works on company disputes, commercial disputes, Arbitration proceedings and labor law.

• He founded ŞIVGIN LAW OFFICE in 2014. He continues to work as  partner of ERSİN -ŞIVGIN Law Firm.
  

• He worked as an expert as a Legal Expert registered in the Istanbul Courthouse's 2016 Expert list.
  

• In 2016, the Mediation Department of the Ministry of Justice has been acting as a MEDIATOR registered in the Mediation Registry.

• In 2018, İSTAMER established a mediation center as the founder of the Istanbul Commercial Mediation Center and continues its Commercial Mediation activities under this center.
