He started his public service as an assistant inspector at the Ministry of Industry and Trade after graduating from Istanbul Faculty of Law in 1982. He took part in the commission in charge of drafting the Law on the Protection of Consumers and Protection of Competition established under the Ministry of Industry and Trade and carried out the preparation of the Draft Law on the Protection of Competition on behalf of the Ministry. He carried out the procedures on behalf of the Ministry, both during the negotiations with the relevant ministries and during the negotiations in the The Grand National Assembly of Turkey (GNAT) commissions and the General Assembly at all stages of the draft's enactment process. Mr. Ersin is a senior bureaucrat who has successfully fulfilled many public services such as the spread of consumer law in our country and the introduction of competition law and represented our country in many international platforms.
