Meryem Kübra Şıvgın is a lawyer who has been providing consultancy in the field of private law for many years, producing solutions with a commercial perspective in many different sectors, especially in telecommunication, retail food, medicine, energy, infrastructure sectors, and producing solutions to legal issues that companies may encounter in their daily operations. Kübra Şıvgın provides sectoral legal consultancy in areas such as intellectual property, competition law, telecommunications, informatics, energy, infrastructure. Kübra Şıvgın has a good command of English.

WORK EXPERIENCE

Meryem Kübra Şıvgın worked as an Executive Attorney in the law department at Avea and Türk Telekom between 2012-2018. She worked actively in intellectual property consumer, infrastructure contracts, international negotiations, mergers and acquisitions, financial projects and sectoral projects. Virtual Mobile Network Operator, 4.5G Infrastructure, Prepaid Credit Cards, Device Financing, Mobile Payment Infrastructures are some of the projects that she actively takes part in.

efore to her corporate lawyer experience, she worked as a specialist Lawyer in the Istanbul office of an internationally recognized law firm between 2007-2011 in sectors such as energy, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, alcoholic beverages, food retailing, competition law, mergers and acquisitions, company consultancy, investigations. 

Kübra Şıvgın also taught Introduction to Law and Constitutional Law in English at a private university between 2005-2006.

In addition, she has many articles and articles in journals such as IFLR, Legal 500, IBLR.
